Orange Walk rum festival features the rum companies of Belize alongside Cultural Entertainment for all ages. Sugar City Rum Festival is an evening of showcasing, sampling and demonstrating the different ways in which rum is presented and served. The rum companies: L&R, Cuello’s and Travelers, displayed their various rum products at their respective stalls. Cheap rum prices also attract the large crowds. Other activities included two fun games, a cooking demonstration, a rum-infused presentation, cultural performances, and musical performances by local bands but the highlight of the event is centered on a mixology competition.
