The Belize Hotel Association is pleased to introduce our new Office Administrator, Ms. Penny Bonilla. Penny brings over 15 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, with extensive knowledge in hotel management, accounting and public relations.
Penny has also recently completed her certification in Hotel Administration from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute
Penny is a highly motivated and a goal-oriented individual. She is a strong team player who believes in equal opportunity and respect for all individuals in the workplace.
We are excited to have Penny as a new member of the BHA team and we are confident that her positive energy and her experience will continue to add to the success and growth of our Association.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the efficient running of the day to day operations of the Association, and provides support to the Membership Executive and the Marketing Director.
Our previous Office Administrator, Mrs. Lourdes Moore, has recently resigned from the company and moved on to other opportunities. The Belize Hotel Association wishes to thank Lourdes for her years of hard work and dedicated service to the organization and we wish her well in her future endeavors.
