The President's Address

Mrs. Alina Saldivar
President
Greetings from the Belize Hotel Association (BHA). We are the umbrella body for hotels in Belize, and our membership is made up of a diversified portfolio of the major players in the hotel industry in Belize, along with many allied members that offer essential products and services that compliment the hotel industry beautifully. We take pride in being the collective voice of Belize’s hotel industry and promoting the interest of members, with the common objective of successful and long lasting tourism in Belize.
Activities of the BHA revolve around the following main themes:
- Tourism Industry advocacy
- Intense marketing and exposure for our members and our Country
- Collaboration with the Belize Tourism Board and the Ministry of Tourism
- Constantly seeking opportunities to promote the Belize destination
It is my pleasure to serve as the president of this association. As a hotel owner in Belize myself, I have the pleasure of being a host to visitors that choose our jewel as their vacation destination. Like any good host, hotels in Belize make available the best food and beverage options made with only the best local fresh ingredients; we offer exceptional entertainment and activities in the form of tours and cultural experiences that will create lasting memories; we prepare for our guest’s comfort and plan for their enjoyment; we look after their every need while they are our guests; and we make them feel at home with warm Belizean hospitality.
You better

it!
