Los Porticos Villas – Private Residences The rental owners at Los Porticos Villas are looking for a Rental Management Company which offers customer service-oriented representation with excellent inter-personal skills committed to running a responsible rental operation which maximizes guest experience. The rental management company will contract with each individual villa owner. As the rental manager at Los Porticos Villas, the rental management company will manage all aspects of rental operations including guest services, marketing, accounting services, and assisting owners to ensure their villas are kept up to standard. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry, know the BTB and other legislative requirements for rental operations in Belize, have demonstrated superior customer service skills, be computer literate and have demonstrated success in fostering relationships.
