The Insurance Corporation of Belize (ICB) was founded in 1981, by Mr. Erdulfo 'Dufy' Nunez. Mr. Nunez, a leader in the Belizean insurance industry since 1963, through hard work, dedication, and sound business practices, has grown ICB from a small two-person operation into one of the largest and most trusted insurance providers in our country. Today ICB boasts a branch network spanning the entire country, ensuring that the needs of each policyholder can be met in a convenient and efficient manner. Since our inception, the Insurance Corporation of Belize has been wholly committed to growing our communities and serving our neighbors especially in their times of need. We truly care about our policyholders which is why we place such great importance on maintaining excellence in customer service and creating long lasting relationships. ICB remains committed to actively enhancing the insurance industry and in so doing, contribute to the economic development of Belize. Belize is our home.
