New York Times Travel Show 2019!

The Belize Hotel Association, represented by 2nd Vice President Ms. Barbara Hall and Director Anoushka Brandl, attended the 16th Annual New York Times Travel Show, which took place on 25, 26 and 27 January, 2019 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
The Belize Hotel Association’s booth was bustling with activity. Our delegates, Barbara and Anoushka,  excitedly shared information about our beautiful country Belize, and our popular attractions and activities, that kept the visitors, informed and engaged. Many guests were highly interested in planning their next vacation to Belize.
The New York Times Travel Show is the largest, ultimate travel and tourism event in North America that aims at promoting tourism industries worldwide. With over 560 exhibitor groups from across the globe representing over 170 travel destinations, the show connects hotels, destinations and tourism providers with thousands of qualified, ready-to-book consumers and travel trade/agents all under one roof. Last year’s show recorded over 32,000 visitors to the event! These included over 10 thousand Travel Trade attendees and almost 1500 Press and Media.
The contacts at the New York Times Travel show, will be sent out very soon to all our Hotel and DMC Members. These visitors to our BHA booth, are looking forward to receiving information and vacation packages from our member properties in Belize, and guidance in making decisions for their next vacation.
